PropertyLiink Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to PropertyLiink. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and PropertyLiink (“Company”, “We”, “Us”), a brand owned by Web Naissance Agency (SA0594910-W), governing your use of our platform, available at [propertyliink.com]. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. User Eligibility

To use PropertyLiink, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be a licensed real estate agent or an authorized representative of a real estate agency, if required by local laws.
• Provide and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to your name, contact details, and property listings.
• Undergo a verification process with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVEA), if opting for a verified agent status. Unverified agents may still use the platform, but their profile will display an “Unverified” tag, while verified agents will have a “Verified” badge.
• Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their own information, including personal details, contact information, and property listings.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• PropertyLiink offers free and paid subscription plans.
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe, and PropertyLiink does not store payment information.
• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly/annually) unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• No refunds will be issued for partially used billing cycles or voluntary account terminations.
• Users must comply with Stripe’s Terms of Service regarding payments and transactions.

4. Leads Data Ownership

• All lead data collected through a User’s profile and forms belong exclusively to the respective User.
• PropertyLiink does not claim ownership over lead data and does not share, sell, or distribute lead information to other users or third parties.
• Users are responsible for handling, securing, and managing their lead data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

5. Limitation of Liability for Visitors

• Visitors accessing an agent’s Link in Bio page acknowledge that PropertyLiink is merely a platform provider and does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of the agent’s information or listings.
• PropertyLiink shall not be liable for any damages, misrepresentations, or disputes arising from interactions between visitors and agents using the platform.
• Visitors are advised to conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any listed agents or properties.

6. Termination

• Users may cancel their accounts at any time through their account settings.
• PropertyLiink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activities.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

8. Changes to Terms

PropertyLiink reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
