PropertyLiink Terms of Use

1. Services Provided

PropertyLiink provides a digital platform designed for real estate agents to create personalized profiles, showcase property listings, and manage leads. We do not act as a real estate agency or brokerage and do not facilitate real estate transactions.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

• Users are required to provide accurate and up-to-date registration details.
• Each User is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their own profile, property listings, and contact details.
• PropertyLiink conducts a manual verification process with BOVEA for users opting for verified agent status. Verification does not imply endorsement or guarantee of professional conduct.
• Unverified agents may continue using the platform but will have an “Unverified” tag on their profile.
• Misrepresentation, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized use of another person’s details is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

Verification Process & Restrictions:

• Users may choose to verify immediately or skip and verify later.
• If verification is skipped, the following restrictions apply:
  1. The agent’s profile will display a “Pending Verification” tag to inform visitors.
  2. Users on the Basic or Pro plan may manually add leads to the CRM, but they will not receive leads through contact forms.
  3. Lead acquisition tools, including contact forms for buyer, tenant, seller, and landlord leads, as well as inquiry buttons on property listings, will not be available.
  4. These restrictions apply to all plan types (Free, Basic, or Pro) until verification is completed.

3. User Content & Conduct

• Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant PropertyLiink a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote their content.
• Spam, false advertising, misleading claims, or any unlawful content is prohibited.
• PropertyLiink reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate our policies.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• The platform, including but not limited to its design, software, trademarks, and branding, remains the sole property of PropertyLiink.
• Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute platform content without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

• PropertyLiink is not responsible for the accuracy or legitimacy of listings posted by users.
• We do not guarantee lead generation, sales, or uninterrupted platform access.
• PropertyLiink shall not be liable for any financial transactions processed via Stripe. Users must address payment disputes directly with Stripe.
• Any liability arising from these Terms shall be limited to the subscription fees paid by the User within the last three (3) months.
